About Galloway Web Services

Galloway Web Services is a small company with two designers, and one (overworked) developer. The company is a subsidiary of See This Now Media, which oddly enough was started at the same time as its parent company.

We are a young company, but already we are putting together a strong portfolio of websites that are not only nice looking and highly functional, but successful in terms of search positions, traffic and orders as well.

Reclaimed Floorboards.com for instance. Online for just a few months but already it is down to an Alexa ranking of a very respectable 600,000. The website is receiving regular orders and enquiries via the on-site forms, ordinary email and telephone.

Some may have heard of the launch of our sister-company Small Coders. Through our use of social media we had helped many people with small coding job for free. But we were having to leave some of the bigger problems because of the time. We started Small Coders so we could help people with small problems, and charge no more than £25 each.

Small Coders recently unveiled Tweet Slider v1, a little javascript function that pulls in a given user’s most recent tweet and displays them in a horizontal slider show. This was a problem solved for someone and a nice little script for anyone else to install and use.
